1- Warranty period 3 years for Acoustic Pianos, 1 year for the electronic parts in Disklavier Pianos, 1 year for any other product.
2- The warranty is against defects in material and workmanship (factory defects).
The warranty is canceled if:
1- The product has been modified or repaired by any unauthorized service center or personnel
2- The defect was subject to abuse, improper use not conforming to product manual instructions, or severe environment and conditions.
3- The defect was subject to Force Majeure, such as acts of God, flood, lighting, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft , etc…
We do not rent instruments.
