How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
  • The warranty for most instruments, equipment, and accessories is 1 year. However, grand and upright pianos have a longer warranty of 5 years.
  • Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, or factory defects, for the specified time period for each product.

The warranty is canceled if:

  • The product has been modified or repaired by any unauthorized service center or personnel
  • The defect was subject to abuse, improper use not conforming to product manual instructions, or severe environment and conditions.
  • The warranty does not cover defects caused by uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, acts of war, theft, or vandalism.

Returns & Refunds
  • Goods sold cannot be returned. Exchange should be done within 7 days from date on invoice at our showroom.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse the return or corresponding refund of an item purchased on the Website and corresponding refund.
  • You must notify us promptly within 48 hours of the receipt of any goods to claim for a return. The Company will study the case and act accordingly.
  • We will not accept any responsibility for any wear and tear, accidental damage, or failure on your behalf, or any third party, to adhere to any written recommendation provided in relation to the goods.
